Print Cartridges:
Which replacement inkjet Cartridges Suit You?
Everyone is different,
and that's why so many different options usually exist with consumable
products. For instance, if you're looking for Lexmark print cartridges,
you basically have four options. If you're the type of person who
is averse to ordering things on the internet, you'd go to the local
office supply store and buy the Lexmark brand inkjet cartridges for
full price. Since most office supply stores don't offer the alternatives
to Lexmark print carttridges, you would continue to pay full retail
for inkjet cartridges.
Then there are
the environmentally conscious types who want to recycle their inkjet
cartridges. Not all brands lend themselves to this, but many Lexmark
print cartridges do. So you'd do an internet search for "Lexmark
remanufactured inkjet cartridges", and locate an online retailer
that does this, and save anywhere from 30-80% over retail by doing
this.
The next type
of option is the "compatible"inkjet cartridges. These would
be, for instance, the same design as Lexmark Print cartridges, but
made by a different company than Lexmark. These inkjet cartridges
are available primarily over the internet, so you'd have to be willing
to go through the internet to get your Lexmark cartridge.
The final option
is for the real bargain hunters, the ones who are at least somewhat
mechanical. There are kits available for some inkjet cartridges where
you can drill a hole into your existing Lexmark print cartridges,
and squirt new ink into it yourself. This is definitely not for everyone,
but some can reap huge savings from doing it this way.
